Customers have 30 days from the order date to initiate a return.

The following conditions must also be met for the return process to begin.

1. Product isn't used or damaged

2. Product must not be a sale item

Freedom Rave Wear, LLC reserves the right to refuse a refund if either of these conditions is not met.

Shipping costs for the first exchange are paid for by Freedom Rave Wear, LLC.* If an item does not fit, it can be returned for a different size, paid for by Freedom Rave Wear, LLC one time. All subsequent exchange shipping is at the cost of the customer. All other forms of return for refund shipping (including sale items) must be paid for by the customer. ANY SHIPPING FEES FOR RETURNS WILL BE SUBTRACTED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT. 

Items to be exchanged must be returned in sellable condition, otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and a service fee of $5.00 to clean or repair the returned item. The exception is if damage to the item is incurred by a manufacturing error. 

*Applies to orders within the US only.

If a purchase qualifies for free shipping, and a return is made that brings the original cart total to under the free shipping level, the customer is now responsible for any shipping fees that occurred. Freedom Rave Wear, LLC holds the right to deduct that fee from the customers returned refund.

All custom orders are not subject to these rules. Custom orders will only be refunded for an exchange of items. Shipping for custom order returns will be paid for by the customer.
