All in stock inventory orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. If an item is a custom order, the shipping time will vary. However, expect 1-2 weeks for custom orders to be shipped.

Tracking your package is fast and easy. You will be given a tracking number via email.
All orders receive a tracking number the moment an item is shipped. The order confirmation email will contain all relevant information regarding package tracking. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Note: From time to time carries fail to scan items when shipped. We will do our best to determine where your item is, however, once it leaves our warehouse, we are limited to the ability of the shipping carrier.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
