Why was my card charged before the end of the trial period?

Authorizations are refreshed periodically. when one authorization expires, we re-authorize your card, which ensures we're able to charge your card at the end of the trial period for what you keep. The most recent re-authorization attempt failed, which caused our system to charge your card. You can return any items within our return policy, and we'll issue you a refund.

Was my card charged?

You will only be charged for items you decide to keep at the end of your 17-day trial period. We re-authorize your card every 5 days to ensure we're able to capture the funds if you decide to keep your items at the end of your trial period. This will show up as a 'pending charge' on your statement, but rest assured you will only be charged for the items you keep at the end of your trial period.
