Common questions

Where's my order?

Log in and start a chat above. The team can pull up your tracking and shipping status in a few seconds. You can also check the shipping confirmation email for the carrier link.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, as long as the order hasn't shipped yet. Start a chat with the new address and we'll update it on the order. If it's already shipped, message us when the package arrives and we'll start a free return or exchange to the right address.

What's your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Start a return at the returns portal. Refunds go back as store credit by default; cash refunds available on request.

Custom orders (custom combos) are final sale and are not eligible for store credit or returns.

Can I exchange a size?

Yes. If your order hasn't shipped, start a chat and we'll swap the size on the order directly. If it's already shipped, use the returns portal to start an exchange when the package lands.

What sizes do you carry?

XS through 2X on most styles. Our 1X and 2X run a bit larger than a typical XXL, so check the size chart on each product page. Not sure between two sizes? Ask in chat with your usual size in another brand and we can help you pick.

Will my order arrive in time for my festival?

In-stock items ship within 24 hours when ordered Sunday 2pm to Friday 8am PT. Made-to-order items take 5 to 7 business days to produce, then ship. Start a chat with your festival and the order details and we can confirm arrival.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes, 25% off when you order 4 or more items in one order. The discount auto-applies at checkout once you hit 4 items.

What's the Style Pass?

Our loyalty program. 15% off every order plus free US shipping. Start a chat if you want a teammate to walk you through how it works.
